About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our mental health services in a large teaching hospital. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient treatment and care, liaising with other healthcare providers, and engaging in supervision and training of registrars and junior medical staff. Additional responsibilities include establishing, maintaining, and contributing to quality improvement activities, monitoring outcomes, and reporting to the Executive Director any significant concerns regarding quality of care.
