TGI Fridays is seeking highly skilled Bartenders to join our team in Frankston. As a leading casual dining restaurant group, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality products.

Job Description:

Our Bartenders are responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests, serving cold beers, great wines, and crafting delicious cocktails that Fridays' is known for. You will also be required to seat and serve food and drinks to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promoting our loyalty program to customers
  • Creating high-quality drinks that meet our standards
  • Delivering excellent bar etiquette while ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests
  • Upselling and suggesting menu items
  • Following our steps of service
  • Maintaining a customer-first culture by prioritizing guest needs
  • Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving food and drinks
  • Assessing customers' preferences and making recommendations
  • Checking customers' identification and confirming they meet the legal drinking age
  • Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
  • Supporting the team by running food and drinks to guests and clearing plates and drinks

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. With opportunities to progress within the company, you will have the chance to grow your skills and career.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality
  • Experience working in both bar and restaurant environments
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture
  • RSA certificate
