We are seeking highly skilled Mixology Experts to join our team in Australia, where we have restaurants in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland, and Western Australia.

As a Mixology Expert, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks, providing outstanding customer service, and delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative cocktails that showcase our brand's signature style
• Develop a deep understanding of our menu and make recommendations to guests
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
• Upsell and suggest additional items to enhance the guest experience
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality drinks and exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• RSA certificate required
