We are currently seeking highly skilled Mixology Experts to join our team in Frankston, offering a competitive remuneration package and opportunities for career progression.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality drinks, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry. A minimum of 2 years of experience in both bar and restaurant environments is required, along with a valid RSA certificate.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting our loyalty program to customers
  • Crafting unique cocktails that meet our high standards
  • Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
  • Suggesting drink pairings and upselling premium products
