As Head of Operations, you will provide visionary leadership and operational oversight for southern Queensland venues, working closely with colleagues to deliver seamless, high-quality front-line services aligned to purpose and strategic objectives.

You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, embedding cross-functional collaboration, and inspiring teams. You will ensure all southern venues are fully resourced, compliant, and positioned for continuous improvement in outcomes, with a commitment to supporting clients and driving positive change in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to align regional strategies and operational goals.
  • Lead teams to optimise service delivery and ensure consistent compliance with policies and funding requirements.
  • Monitor, analyse, and respond to operational performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management to maintain operational efficiency across all southern Queensland venues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, quality assurance, and risk management practices to uphold organisational standards and client safety.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and community partners.
  • Champion a positive workplace culture that values collaboration, accountability, diversity, and inclusion.
