Cairns Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced operations professional to manage the smooth and efficient operation of airline catering services at our Cairns Airport facility.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. They will also have a strong understanding of the airline catering industry and be able to provide expert advice on logistical and customs information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Relaying information for any changes to orders from aircraft to internal departments.
- Representing the company at internal and external functions.
- Participating in and ensuring that audit and quality controls are conducted regularly.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A positive winning attitude.
- Knowledge or experience in a Client or Account Management role (preferred but not essential).
- Food Safety and HACCP qualifications desirable.
