Job Description:

As a senior civil engineer, you will lead multidisciplinary project teams and deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Your technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring projects are completed on time and meet the required standards. You will also mentor junior staff and contribute to the strategic direction of our business unit.

With a strong focus on community development, this role will support the delivery of great projects in Canberra, ACT.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and delivering civil engineering projects to a high technical standard
  • Supervising and supporting drafters and designers
  • Leading the design team in producing accurate documentation
  • Acting as a technical authority and providing guidance throughout the design process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in civil engineering or site supervision
  • Professional engineering registration
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines
  • Strong technical expertise and ability to produce accurate design documentation
