Palliative Medicine Specialist Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Palliative Medicine specialist to provide temporary part-time services to inpatients and outpatients at Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital and Metro North Health Service.
As a key member of the hospital team, you will be responsible for providing consultation-liaison services to inpatient units, ambulatory clinics, and dedicated specialist outpatient clinics. Your expertise will help ensure that patients receive high-quality palliative care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical services to Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital and offer palliative medicine/supportive care services to the hospital and Metro North.
- Offer specialist clinical services by consultation/liaison to inpatients.
- Participate in teaching and research activities within the hospital and Metro North.
