Job Opportunity:

The Senior People Services Business Partner role is a key position that drives strategic HR outcomes and contributes to creating inclusive, high-performing workplaces.

About the Role:
  • Deliver guidance on recruitment, job classification, performance management, grievance resolution, and workforce planning strategies
  • Lead and support HR projects that align with the organisation's objectives
  • Develop practical tools and resources for managers to improve service delivery
  • Collaborate across departments on sector-wide initiatives and continuous improvement

This is a complex role requiring a collaborative mindset, empathy, and a passion for innovation.

Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship or relevant visa or permanent residency
  • Mid-senior level experience in human resources or a related field
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
