The Technical and Data Business Analyst position plays a pivotal role in leading the development of the Curriculum Management System. This ambitious project aims to streamline UNE's course and unit approval processes, as well as provide student-facing information.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead collaborative efforts with stakeholders and vendors to advance the Curriculum Management System.
- Offer timely support for the Student Management System during peak periods.
- Supervise staff members as required.
- Extensive experience in business and system process analysis with a focus on driving improvement.
- Proven analytical strategic thinking skills and independent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and negotiation skills are essential.
- Able to interpret business requirements and develop reports to support key stakeholders.
This position requires a skilled professional who can work effectively in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
