Beef Industry Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Beef Industry Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role that will play a key part in driving business growth and ensuring customer success within the designated territory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and meeting ambitious growth targets. They will act as our on-the-ground representative, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Support, and regional sales to ensure our technology meets farmers' needs.

This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, focusing on both expansion and long-term customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will prioritize daily efforts that optimize growth performance and drive value for customers.

We are looking for someone with sales and customer success expertise, experience in value-based sales, opportunity creation, deal closing, and building lasting relationships. A willingness to learn rapidly about farm operations is essential.

Typical Daily Activities:

  2. Prospecting & Expansion: Lead generation through outreach, referrals, events, and responding to inbound inquiries.">
  3. Hitting Sales Targets: Qualify leads, demonstrate products, negotiate, and close deals.">
  4. Chef Account Management: Maintain relationships post-sale, support onboarding, and ensure customer satisfaction.">
  5. Territory Ownership: Develop deep relationships with regional agricultural groups.">
  6. Customer Onboarding & Feedback: Facilitate smooth onboarding and gather field insights to inform product improvements.">
  7. Support Collaboration: Work with Support teams to resolve customer issues promptly.">
