Business Development Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business processes to inform strategic decisions.
Familiarising yourself with the core business activities across the organisation, in addition to the responsibilities and key applications within the IM team.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and SMEs to elicit and document business process using tools such as Visio or Miro.
- Reviewing and analysing the business requirements, gaps and rules required to implement projects and initiatives.
- Analysing the design of systems, workflows, processes, and business models and making recommendations.
Key skills and qualifications include: excellent problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and a collaborative approach to your work. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and attention to detail, and be familiar with Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
Responsibilities may include:
- Documenting and communicating business processes to stakeholders.
- Providing analysis and recommendations on business process improvements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives.
