Job Overview

The Senior Community Relations and Stakeholder Advisor role is responsible for assisting the Community Relations and Stakeholder Manager in key areas of stakeholder relations, budget planning, and project communications.

This position requires a high level of professionalism, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with community members and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Community Relations and Stakeholder Manager in stakeholder relations, budget preparation, and project communications.
  • Building trusted relationships with community members and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Working closely with the delivery team to identify potential stakeholder and community impacts and mitigating these as much as possible.

To succeed in this role, you will need recognised communications and community engagement qualifications and/or active industry experience, with at least three years of hands-on experience in communications/community engagement during the delivery phase of major infrastructure projects.
