Resident Experience Performance Manager

We are seeking an experienced customer facing operational leader to join our landmark Build to Rent development in Westmead.

This role will lead a team, oversee and manage all resident service programs, activities and leasing systems for Connect Westmead to optimise resident satisfaction and operational efficiency and foster a sustainable engaging community environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of resident service professionals to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee the management of resident services, including lease administration, maintenance, and amenities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field or equivalent operational experience.
  • A working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act 2010.
  • Sound experience of managing resident services in a property, hotel or student accommodation environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organisational, interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
