We are seeking a skilled professional to support landowners impacted by our existing network and major capital projects.
This role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure community enquiries, complaints, and commitments are accurately recorded, managed, and closed out within agreed timeframes.
You will also be responsible for communicating works to landowners via various channels including letters, emails and website. This requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to follow processes and maintain detailed records in our Customer Relationship Management database.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for community engagement, strong time management skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. They will advocate for the community, plan and deliver engagement activities, and support access to infrastructure while upholding our social licence.
To succeed in this role, you will need to identify efficiencies and potential cost savings through better processes, and produce regular reports to monitor progress and outcomes.
