About the Role

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, including medical representatives, hospitals, and sales reps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, medical representatives, hospitals, and sales reps
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Update customer details using internal systems
  • Produce customer invoices and process credits
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service

About the Candidate:

  • Prior experience in a corporate customer service or administration role is essential
  • Exposure to the medical space is highly desirable
  • Highly motivated and driven individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • COVID vaccinated
