Our ideal candidate should have trade certification as a Mechanical Fitter, possess a strong safety mindset, and have experience as an industrial Fitter in a food manufacturing setting.

About the Role

We seek a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering reliable, efficient, and safe routine preventative maintenance activities, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, responding to breakdowns, working with supervisors to conduct root cause analysis, and maintaining all registers, logs, and systems to track repairs, notifications, and work activities.

**To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Trade certification as a Mechanical Fitter
  • A safety mindset with a commitment to ensuring a safe work environment
  • Demonstrated experience as an industrial Fitter, preferably in food manufacturing
  • Working knowledge of CMMS (MEX preferred)
  • Ability to diagnose equipment issues and identify problems at root cause
