In this critical role, the reliability specialist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive reliability plans to improve equipment performance and reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify and address equipment failures.
  • Driving continuous improvement in maintenance practices, planning, and execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Fostering a culture of reliability by championing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to availability, performance, and cost.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Providing technical guidance on rotating equipment and contributing to long-term asset planning and capital project development.

To excel in this challenging role, the candidate should demonstrate:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a reliability or maintenance engineering capacity within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with rotating equipment.
