  • We are looking for a talented professional with expertise in human factors to work closely with our clinical teams and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices that improve patient outcomes.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing training, supervision, and education to registrars, resident medical officers, and interns, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • This role will involve working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve national, state, and hospital performance standards, as well as contributing to the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
