
Human Factors Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled professional to interface with clinical leads and the director of operations for the Centre of Excellence in Healthcare Human Factors. The successful candidate will work towards achieving the hospital's vision of becoming Australia's safest healthcare group.
The specialist will provide and promote high-quality, patient-centred care to patients under the supervision of consultant medical staff. This includes working in accordance with the hospital's core values of Commitment, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence (CARE).
Responsibilities include providing training, supervision, and education for registrars, resident medical officers (RMOs), and interns. The specialist will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve national, state, and EMHS performance standards and the National Safety and Quality Healthcare Standards.

- Train, supervise, and educate registrars, RMOs, and interns
