About The Role

We require an experienced settlements officer with recent experience in Mortgages or Financial Services to join our Settlements & Discharges Team.

Your role will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, brokers, and other lenders by providing excellent customer service.
  • Uploading loan documentation and data entry within our CRM system.
  • Facilitating the discharge of customer loan accounts.
  • Processing second mortgages or subdivision requests.
  • Producing loan statements and account information for our customers.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 1 year's recent experience in Mortgages or Financial Services.
  • The ability to provide outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated professional communication skills.
  • A person who enjoys optimizing processes and improving efficiency.
  • A positive attitude and a team player.
