Key Responsibilities

  3. Ensure settlement processes are accurate, timely, and compliant.">
  4. Act as an escalation point for complex settlement issues.">
  5. Support and mentor settlement analysts to lift capability.">
  6. Reconcile trades, investigate breaks, and resolve discrepancies quickly.">
  7. Work with counterparties, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues.">
  8. Maintain and improve SOPs, SLAs, and risk controls.">
  9. Drive process improvements, automation, and better reporting.">

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in settlements, trading ops, middle office, or treasury (financial, FX, or crypto).

A solid knowledge of settlement processes, reconciliations, and risk controls is essential.

Experience in crypto markets, blockchain settlements, or wallet management is advantageous.
