Clinical Team Leader

Mercy Hospitals Victoria Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Team Leader to join our Early Parenting Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our clinical team, promoting excellence in clinical practice and family centred care, and providing assessment and intake services to families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and support to the clinical team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical practice and family centred care, ensuring that our services are responsive to the needs of our clients.
- Provide assessment and intake services to families, ensuring that they receive the support and care they need to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our services are integrated and effective.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in clinical care.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centred care, has excellent clinical and leadership skills, and is able to work collaboratively as part of a team. Requirements- Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field, such as maternal and child health or family centred care.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
