About the Role

The Clinical Team Leader will provide leadership and support to the Early Parenting Centre Clinical Team, promoting excellence in clinical practice and family centred care. The successful candidate will have excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliment and support the strategic direction and management within the Early Parenting Centre
  • Promote excellence in clinical practice and family centred care
  • Provide assessment of clients for admission to Early Parenting Centre programs
  • Provide leadership and support to the Clinical Team
  • Provide clinical service to admitted families
  • Support the Nurse Unit Manager by acting up in the position to fill planned and unplanned leave

Requirements

  • Current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
  • 19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination and other-Current COVID vaccination status consistent with public health orders
