Monash Health is a leading healthcare provider in Victoria, and we are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Manager to join our Adult Mental Health team at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton.
The successful applicant will provide clinical, operational, and organizational oversight to the Emergency Psychiatry Service (EPS) and Consultation Liaison Psychiatry (CLP) team. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including the Emergency Department, Emergency Mental Health, and Allied & Peer teams.
The manager will be responsible for ensuring timely and holistic care to our client group, in line with the Royal Commission's recommendations and the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022. This includes leading the team in achieving mandated KPIs, investigating adverse events, and implementing quality improvement initiatives using evidence-based interventions.
