Clinical Care Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Grade 5 Registered Nurse to join our clinical care team on a part-time basis, Friday to Monday. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individualized clinical-based nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Lead and mentor care and clinical team members, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
- Provide expert nursing advice and support to residents and their families, ensuring they feel informed and empowered.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with fellow nurses and healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork and respect.
- Current AHPRA registration and a bachelor's degree in nursing are essential.
- Previous experience working as a Grade 5 RN, particularly in aged care, is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in using various systems, including online care management programs, is required.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and recent flu vaccination are mandatory.
