About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our clinical care team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering individualized clinical care to our residents, leading and mentoring care and clinical team members, and conducting nursing assessments and developing care plans specific to the resident needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Lead and mentor care and clinical team members, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Provide exceptional nursing advice and support to residents and their families, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
- Develop strong working relationships with fellow Nurses and treating Health Professionals to maintain the highest standards of care.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate empathy, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to lead and support a team. You will also need to possess:
- A current AHPRA registration and a bachelor's degree in nursing.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience working in Aged Care is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using various systems, including online care management programs.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and recent flu vaccination.
