Executive Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled leader to join our Canberra-based Transformation Practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new client work, creating cloud platforms and analytics solutions, and providing vision and direction for the team.

  • Develop new client relationships with existing clients and through new business opportunities.
  • Design and implement cloud platforms and analytics solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide strategic leadership for the team(s) you manage.
  • Establish and achieve key business targets.
  • Lead resource planning and allocation.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the overall success and quality of projects.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 7 years industry experience working with contemporary technologies including networks, hyperscale clouds (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform), common SaaS applications, end user compute, and data and AI tools/platforms.

You should also have a sound understanding of data strategy, data platforms, data governance and data frameworks used by Australian government organisations.

A strong background in solution development and delivery of client platforms is essential, as well as excellent project management skills and the ability to lead a team of people in the delivery of a data transformation project.
