Job Overview

We are seeking an Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the electrical network in Canberra.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair electrical systems, including cable termination and switchgear maintenance.
  • Respond to faults and rectify issues within the network.
  • Install services from the distribution network to customers' premises.
  • Connect and disconnect supply as necessary.
  • Participate in on-call and shift-work rosters as required.
  • Conduct quality of supply investigations and electrical infrastructure testing.

To succeed in this role, you will be a skilled Systems Electrician with experience in fieldwork, holding relevant certifications such as a High Risk License and OH&S General Induction Card. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are also essential.
