Ayan Infotech is seeking a highly skilled MarTech Technical Analyst to join our team in Melbourne, CBD. This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity that will provide the chance to work in a large-scale enterprise IT environment with a highly experienced and competent global IT delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bridge the Gap between Marketing and Technology Teams: Analyze, implement, and optimize marketing technologies and systems to support marketing strategies.
  • Technical Requirements: Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring a strong understanding of both marketing and technology.
  • Experience with Teradata Database: Work with Teradata database and SQL queries to extract and analyze data for performance insights.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Participate in deployments, carry out Business Verification Test (BVT) or Production Validation Test (PVT) of marketing technologies, and educate business stakeholders on newly implemented features.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
  • Data extraction and analysis experience with Teradata or any database.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms (e.g., Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive workshops, participate, and coordinate with multiple projects/teams simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
