Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for steering large, complex projects to success.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years' experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and inspire project teams to define and deliver complex projects across the entire lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate across functions to support the achievement of objectives.
  • Demonstrate proactive and modern ways of working using tools and techniques to achieve high productivity.
  • Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables that support business goals.
  • Implement effective governance for project tracking and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years' experience in project management of large and complex projects/programs.
  • Strong client-facing experience with a strong understanding of end-to-end SDLC.
  • Strong experience working in Agile environments with preferred scrum master skills.
  • Highly developed skills in planning, risk & issue management, stakeholder management, and governance.
  • Proactive and dynamic leadership skills and capability to lead multiple teams across diverse platforms.
