Project Manager: Land Development and Infrastructure

Are you a results-driven Project Manager seeking a challenging role in land development and infrastructure? Our client, a reputable Civil Engineering and Project Management services provider, is looking for an experienced professional to lead and coordinate projects from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residentials, commercial, and industrial projects, with experience in master planning, development applications, and final handover. They will be responsible for liaising with clients, sub-consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project efficiency, timing, and budget adherence.

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design Engineers, to develop and implement project plans and budgets.
  • Conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and resources, making adjustments as needed to maintain project health.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, sub-consultants, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless project experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in land development and infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
