Shift Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Shift Coordinator to ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of Support Workers.

About the Role:

  • Develop schedules for support workers to meet client preferences, business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate rosters to staff and case managers to guarantee timely and reliable service delivery.
  • Arrange temporary support workers to cover one-off shifts on behalf of case managers.
  • Participate in the onboarding and induction of new employees.

Requirements:

  • 2 Years proven experience in rostering or a similar field.
  • Certificate III in Age Care Coordination or equivalent.
  • Strong negotiation/influencing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic/multi priority environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable and flexible with the ability to work variable hours if required.
