Schedule Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Schedule Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of complex, multi-stream program schedules.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional to drive schedule development workshops, detailed schedule management, and critical path reporting. As part of our team, you will work closely with program managers to mitigate risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver projects on time.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in master scheduling, experience working with large teams, and expertise in Microsoft Project Scheduling. Prior experience in telecommunications is a plus.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain sophisticated, multi-stream program schedules.
- Foster collaboration and coordination among team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze and report on schedule performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Work closely with program managers to develop strategies for mitigating risks and expediting tasks.
- Proven experience as a Master Scheduler or Senior Project Scheduler.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in Microsoft Project Scheduling and proficiency in using related tools.
- Prior experience working in telecommunications is highly advantageous.
