Seeking a highly skilled Schedule Coordinator to provide expert scheduling services to our clients and staff in the Home Care team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication and coordination skills.
About the Role:
The successful Schedule Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently managing and administering client and staff schedules. This includes setting up rounds with consideration to consistency, efficiency, and fairness, while maintaining care worker contracted hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage client and staff schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation
- Develop and implement effective scheduling systems to improve productivity and efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and staff schedules
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, scheduling, or data analytics
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
