Job Title: Strategic Procurement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Procurement Specialist to join our procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving processes affecting procurement, managing RFT/RFP documentation, and assessing opportunities to gain better value from procurement arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Development and Improvement: Develop and improve procurement processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • RFT/RFP Management: Manage RFT/RFP documentation and assist in the evaluation and implementation of tender responses.
  • Value Assessment: Continually assess opportunities to gain better value from procurement arrangements.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Processing purchase requests
  • Sourcing quotes
  • Using Oracle system to raise purchase orders
  • Handling credit requests
  • Reviewing invoice discrepancies
  • Maintaining contractor database
  • Coordinating sub-contractors
  • Participating in APAC sourcing activities
  • Maintaining sourcing and pricing data within the Oracle system
