Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize procurement processes
  • Analyze procurement activities and provide insights
  • Evaluate tender responses and implement effective solutions
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Sources products and services from alternative suppliers
  • Manages relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external suppliers
Daily Tasks:
  • Process purchase requests from various departments
  • Sources quotes on goods and services
  • Raise purchase orders to suppliers using the Oracle system
  • Handle credit requests and returns to suppliers
  • Reviews invoice discrepancies and makes necessary adjustments
  • Maintains contractor database and keeps records of current certificates and licenses
  • Coordinate sub-contractors for services related to projects
  • Participate in APAC sourcing activities and meetings
  • Maintain sourcing and pricing data within the Oracle system
  • Assist in cost savings initiatives
  • Produce and maintain reports
