
Dynamic Business Growth Leader

The ProServe organization is seeking a dynamic leader to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing opportunities that leverage joint professional services offerings with partners. As the ProServe partner leader, you'll focus on driving pipeline progression by building trust, identifying applicable joint offerings, and successfully executing joint go-to-market plans.
You'll work closely with key stakeholders to drive customer success and business growth.
- Lead and develop opportunities through strategic partnership collaborations
- Spearhead business development initiatives and manage pipeline progression with partners
- Design and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders
- Identify and develop joint professional services offerings with partners
A day in the life of a ProServe partner leader includes:
- Developing and executing business agreements with partners
- Negotiating contracts
- Driving professional services opportunities in the public sector
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in business development.
