Deputy Manager Job Summary:

The role of Deputy Manager entails driving business growth and expansion while ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

  • Business Development: Identify marketing opportunities, develop business plans, and analyze company SWOT for strategic decision-making.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Schedule meetings and events to expand business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation and Follow-up: Assist in lead generation activities, including prospecting and networking. Conduct initial outreach and follow-up with leads to qualify their interest and needs.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and potential opportunities. Monitor competitor activities and market share.
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Administrative Support: Manage business development budgets, expense tracking, and reporting. Prepare regular progress reports and sales forecasts.
  • Intake Interviews: Conduct intake interviews with individuals with disabilities to identify their needs, strengths, and preferences.
  • Risk Management: Work with individuals with disabilities to identify, classify, manage, control, and monitor risks threatening the services provided.
  • Developing Individualized Support Plans: Assess individual needs and develop individualized service plans outlining specific services, interventions, and supports required to achieve goals.
  • Coordinating Services: Coordinate services with service providers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure access to resources and support services.
  • Advocating for Individuals: Advocate for individuals with disabilities to ensure their rights and interests are represented.
