About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Data and Analytics to join our IT and Digital Enablement team at Dulux Group. In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for growing a team of professional data scientists and engineers to build robust data, analytical, and AI practices that deliver insights and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the data science and engineering team, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Data Governance: Develop and implement data governance practices and principles to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Business Intelligence: Design and implement business intelligence platforms, standard reporting platforms, and descriptive analytics and visualization capabilities.
  • Advanced Analytics: Develop and implement advanced analytics capabilities to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • AI and Machine Learning: Develop and implement AI and machine learning capabilities to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Culture and Community: Foster a data-driven culture within the organization, promoting collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in data science, engineering, and analytics, with experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
