We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Data and Analytics to join our IT and Digital Enablement team in Melbourne. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our data science and engineering capabilities, leveraging data to drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making.

As a thought leader, you will contribute to the development of our tech strategy, representing a future-oriented view of the evolving fields of data science and AI. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to co-create solutions that leverage AI to drive efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountability for DuluxGroup's data management capability and governance practices
  • Leadership of business intelligence platforms, standard reporting platforms, and descriptive analytics and visualization capability
  • Development of AI capability across the group, to enable implementation of usage cases to demonstrate tangible business value and operational efficiency
  • Influencing and enhancing a data-driven culture for DuluxGroup through community, people, and talent development
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a strong team
