Women's Football Programme Lead

Central Coast Mariners FC is seeking an experienced Women’s Football Programme Lead to oversee the development and delivery of football training & coaching programmes for the A-League Women’s Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive coaching strategy to drive team performance and success.
- Identifying, evaluating, and recruiting potential players to join the team, including scouting research and player analysis.
- Establishing effective working relationships with coaching staff, technical committee members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- Coordinating match day scheduling, pitch availability, and third-party expert consultants as required.
- Organising and operating off-field team events to foster team morale and relationships.
- Training and developing professional and amateur football players to achieve their full potential.
- Overseeing and developing coaching and football staff members to enhance programme quality and efficiency.
- Maintaining direct accountability for team performance and match results.
- Driving programme growth and improvement through continuous evaluation and refinement of coaching methods and strategies.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in youth and senior-level coaching or leadership roles.
- Relevant degree in exercise science or similar field.
