Surfers Paradise Demons Division 2 Womens CoachPosted on Tuesday, 8th October, 2024This is an exciting opportunity to take on a coaching role and program.
The role includes a healthy budget for success, support from a dedicated Female Football Manager and Board Members, and the opportunity to connect with our QAFL mens coaches and program.The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate sound knowledge and be able to apply their skills in the following areas:Minimum Level 1 coaching AccreditationPrevious experience in a senior coaching or assistant roleAbility to work with local junior talent ensuring a pathway to senior footballStrong communication skillsRecruiting ability to help the club identify new talent needed to bolster a strong listA focus on positive culture and whole/1 club mentalityThe successful applicant will work with a strong football club on and off the field with a lengthy history within the football community.
With the original commencement of womens football at the club in 2001, the Demons have proven success to ensure a successful and supported womens program.We look forward to meeting and working with our new coach.Key Responsibilities: Implement a training schedule and game day strategy for the team.
Deliver consistent application of standards to improve our players.
