We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced coach to lead our women's team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing and implementing a coaching program that drives success.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing a training schedule and game day strategy for the team, as well as delivering consistent application of standards to improve our players. They will also work closely with our football manager and board members to ensure a strong and supported women's program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching program that aligns with the club's goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with local junior talent to identify and develop their skills, ensuring a pathway to senior football.
  • Recruit new talent needed to bolster a strong list, using sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Maintain a positive culture and whole-club mentality, promoting a healthy and supportive environment for all players.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the successful applicant will need to possess:

  • Minimum Level 1 coaching Accreditation.
  • Previous experience in a senior coaching or assistant role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with players, coaches, and staff.
  • A focus on continuous improvement and professional development, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
