Women's Football Development Director

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a coaching role and program with a dedicated team, focusing on junior talent development.
The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate sound knowledge and skills in the following areas:
- Minimum Level 1 coaching Accreditation
- Previous experience in a senior coaching or assistant role, preferably with local clubs
- Ability to work with junior players ensuring a pathway to senior football, delivering consistent application of standards to improve their skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration between team members and stakeholders
- Recruiting ability to identify new talent needed to bolster a strong team roster
- A focus on positive culture and whole-team mentality, promoting a supportive environment for player growth and success
The successful candidate will work closely with a well-established football club, contributing to its continued success and growth within the community. With a history of developing women's football programs since 2001, the club offers a unique opportunity for coaches to make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement training schedules, game day strategies, and performance improvement plans for the team, ensuring a high level of commitment and teamwork from all players.
