Property Project Delivery Specialist

As a key player in our mission to create opportunities for individuals with disabilities, you will work within our Assets & Property team as a Delivery Manager. This role requires strong project management skills to coordinate key deliverables and drive efficient ways of working.
About the RoleThis position involves overseeing the opening and closing of Supported Independent Living (SIL) and property projects to ensure smooth delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project plans, milestones, risks, and governance to keep work on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
- Leading and coordinating project teams, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clear.
- Building strong stakeholder and vendor relationships, keeping them updated on progress and outcomes.
We require a candidate with proven experience leading organisation-wide projects, including managing external vendors. A background in building projects is preferred. Essential skills include:
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to influence and present information clearly.
- Skilled in project management tools and Microsoft Office; able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative, resilient, and solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
