Electrical Site Manager Role

This is a key leadership position in our team, requiring strong electrical expertise and project management skills.

The role will oversee the planning and control of work crew activities to ensure site works are completed safely, efficiently, and effectively. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience as an Electrical Superintendent and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About This Opportunity

  • Educate and reinforce a culture of health, safety, and environmental awareness within the team.
  • Authorise programme and completion schedules, delegating tasks for daily direction of field schedule requirements.
  • Establish effective communication with colleagues and field staff through regular meetings and discussions.
  • Monitor and complete individual and team performance indicators, including adherence to established processes and procedures.
  • Submit reports regularly to the Project Manager, highlighting potential or existing concerns that may impact project delivery.
  • Delegate functional responsibility to craft and subcontractors for frontline health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Report on issues and concerns.
  • Review and verify all submitted reports are accurate and timely.
