Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with clients to define scope, technical requirements, and project outcomes.


• Lead the development of electrical documentation — including single-line diagrams, schematics, scopes of work, and equipment schedules.


• Oversee project execution to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.


• Champion a strong safety and quality culture across all phases of project delivery.

Desirable Experience and Skills:


• 3+ years' experience in heavy industrial electrical projects — construction, commissioning, or maintenance.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design tools such as PowerCAD or equivalent.


• Solid understanding of Australian Standards and electrical design principles.


• Exposure to control systems, instrumentation, and industrial networks.


• Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to manage technical deliverables in fast-paced, site-based environments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
  • Ability to coordinate contractors and disciplines for seamless project delivery.
  • High level of accountability and ownership over outcomes.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and site conditions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project cost drivers.
