About the Role

The Destination Ambassador is responsible for delivering excellent front office services, ensuring that all owners and guests receive efficient and courteous treatment during their stay. This role involves performing daily front desk duties, including check-in and check-out procedures, answering phone and email inquiries, and handling cash transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome for all guests
  • Operating a range of administration equipment, including email, word processing software, and credit card settlement machines
  • Assisting with sales and making bookings
  • Performing clerical receptionist duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Printing and reviewing reports to ensure seamless operations
