The Role

You will oversee all aspects of restaurant management and profitability, ensuring we meet our high brand, customer promise, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure sales, food cost, labour, and other controllable expenses meet our high standards.
  2. Lead teams by providing clear direction, coaching, and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create positive customer experiences.
  3. Optimize profit, foster a positive culture, and drive costs down-all while enhancing the customer experience and maintaining our high standards.
Your Skills

We are seeking experienced managers who thrive in fast-paced environments.

You should have demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate direction into action.
